Freedom Health Group Staff

	Jeannie Schell, CMA – Office Manager and Member Support Specialist Jeannie has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare field starting out as a CNA working in an assisted living facility. She received her Medical Assistant degree in Portland, Oregon and has worked in Dermatology and Family Practice. She took a couple of years off to help raise her first grandchild then went to work for the Inland Northwest Blood Center for five years. She took a little break from the medical field and opened a coffee shop bringing people their morning jolt. She decided to re-enter the medical field again and chose to work for an organization that wanted to change how people received care and understood the importance of customer service. Jeannie found her new home with Freedom Health Group.
	Rick Hansen, President and CEO Rick has over 27 years of executive management experience in assisting senior executives in utility, manufacturing, banking, health insurance, and engineering industries – including running a high-tech manufacturing service company that reached $20 million in annual revenues with 157 employees. Rick has taken this experience and desire to change how the healthcare industry operates and coupled it with over four years of research – creating a new business model under Freedom Health Group. Rick believes that this business model will change how primary care is delivered in the future. His research also included obtaining his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health Administration from the University of Phoenix. Rick is married to Kari and has three wonderful and adventurous boys.
