Sometimes there are concerns

Freedom Health Group members are the reason we exist and the level of customer service our members expect is the same we expect of our staff and contracted health care providers. We are committed to outstanding customer service. Our goal is to set the standard for customer service in the health care industry. There could be a time when things do not always connect between the member, staff member, and/or health care provider. If you are not able to resolve the issue on your own and/or would like help, let us know and our priority will be to help you resolve the issue.
